A booking can be made by e-mail, letter or phone. Please state the number of adults / children and dates of stay. We will send you a booking confirmation. A booking does not have to be from Saturday to Saturday, it can start and finish on any day depending on existing bookings.

Payment

A booking deposit of 10% of the total cost with a minimum of one weeks rent is payable when making a booking. The balance of the rent is due on arrival.

Methods of payment

Payment can be made by cash, Irish cheque or by credit transfer (bank to bank)

Cancellation of booking / early termination of rental

If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded. If it is cancelled in less than 30 days you will loose the deposit .

Arrival

The normal arrival time is 16:00h. In some cases we can arrange an earlier arrival time.

Key collection

Please contact us 2 days before arrival to confirm your approximate arrival time and collection of the keys.

Departure

Normal departure time is no later than 10:30h. In some cases we can arrange a later departure time.

Children

There is a children's playground in Herbert Park which is overlooked by the balcony in the lounge. We can provide a cot if required.

Damage deposit.

We do not charge a damage deposit but any breakages or damage must be paid for at the end of your stay. Most visitors kindly leave the apartment as they found it. If extensive cleaning is required, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €40.

Electricity

Electricity is extra charge. There is a meter in the apartment showing the cost of the electricity used during your stay.
